I’ve been starting slow by walking to work twice a week. Now I’m going to kick it up a notch a la Emil Lagasse. BAM! This week, I’m going to walk to work THREE times. Whoa!
And thanks to having to go to work a bit earlier than usual today — and with my wife being off work today — I’m going to get a jumpstart on this goal in about an hour and a half. So there will be no time for procrastination, only time to get geared up and ready to go.
So what are you going to do this week in terms of physical exercise? Even if it’s something small, like I’m doing, commit - and then DO IT!

Good luck! I’m a single mother again, which makes getting any form of exercise so difficult. I really want to get into a regular biking routine though. We have so many awesome bike paths around here!
